You can contribute to Victoria Avenue Forever in various ways. All donations are 100% tax deductible. Funds are used to augment the physical preservation and beautification of Victoria Avenue and to promote public awareness of its value and heritage to our community. The educational programs include brochures, quarterly newsletters and educational signage in the three kiosks along the Avenue. VAF’s donation programs include:

A minimum donation of $250 is requested. You may make a contribution of one or more commemorative trees in memory of a loved one, living or deceased.
Membership: Membership dues are used to cover the day-to-day costs of Victoria Avenue Forever, like newsletters, upkeep of the Hal Snyder and Dr. Lewis gardens, trees, roses, insurance, postage, office supplies, projects, website, Facebook page and special events.
Membership entitles you to receive the newsletter, opportunities to participate in volunteer events and special public events. It also provides you with the wonderful feeling that you help make Victoria Avenue the glorious linear park that it is today.
Honorarium/Memorial Contributions: Contributions to Victoria Avenue Forever are a wonderful way to honor, or memorialize a special person or event in his/her life. Please give us the full name and address of the person or family member to receive an acknowledgement of your contribution.
Tree Commemoration: You can make a contribution to one or more Commemorative Trees in honor of or in memory of someone special, living or deceased. Designated recipients, or their family, will receive an official certificate personally signed by the Mayor of Riverside and the President of Victoria Avenue Forever. Additionally, a detailed map is provided with the specific tree’s location on Victoria Avenue. A tree will remain at that site in perpetuity. We promise to replant any tree that dies. A minimum donation of $250 is requested.
Endowment Fund Contributions: Victoria Avenue Forever maintains an Endowment Fund in the Community Foundation. This fund is our insurance that Victoria Avenue will truly be “forever.” Interest and withdrawals from the Fund supplement major garden upgrades, tree plantings, special projects and emergencies, as needed.
Special Projects/Gardens: Special projects occur periodically and it may take years to accumulate the needed funds for completion. Contributions that you want directed to specific projects on the donation/renewal fund will be honored. Please help us make these dreams come true.
